If someone walks in and has questions, greet them professionally.  Give them one of the handouts that contains all of the info about parties and ask them to call me at the number on the handout for more information. Text me all pre-paints once they’re are completed.

SETUP/PREPARATION

Note:  All stenciled canvases must be completed no later than 30 min prior to class start time.  If there are multiple, plan accordingly to get this done so that you are not doing it as customers arrive.

The following steps are to all be completed no later than 30 minutes prior to class starting.  This allows you time to greet and maintain order with the customers while also ensuring that everyone has paid and does pay (for walk – ins) and that they are not using bogus discount codes for their registrations.
